Refund Policy

Ticket: If you purchase a ticket through the clubinn app and the event is canceled or postponed, you will be entitled to a refund for the ticket(s) purchased.

In-app purchases: If you make an in-app purchase through clubinn (e.g., virtual items) you may be entitled to a refund depending on the circumstances. If you accidentally make a purchase, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to issue a refund.

Intellectual property: All content on clubinn, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is the property of clubinn or its licensors. You may not use any clubinn content without our express written permission.

Subscription services:If you subscribe to a premium service through the clubinn app and wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time. Refunds for subscription services are not typically available, but if you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us and we will review your request.

To request a refund, please contact us at refund@clubinn.life . We will review your request and issue a refund if you are entitled to one. Please note that refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.
