Prashanth Amir is one of Chennai’s most sought after DJs. A crowd favorite, he’s had Chennai’s clubbing community grooving for over a decade now. Versatile and energetic, his comfort zone is electronic music- playing all genres from Hip-Hop to RnB, Deep House to Techno and Commercial to EDM. A visual DJ as well, Prashanth’s unique style sets him apart from the usual genre specific artists. Performing at almost all of Chennai’s clubs, Prashanth Amir is now the resident DJ at one of Chennai’s most popular venues- Dublin at the Park Sheraton (Now known as Gatsby). Prashanth Amir has shared decks with International superstars- the likes of ARSTON, YVES V, WOLFPACK, WHYT NOYZ, BENJAMIN DAMAGE, DINKA, AD BROWN, ALI WILSON and a roster of Nationally renowned DJ’s. Prashanth has also had the opportunity to play across waters, in cities like San Francisco, Los Angeles and Atlanta as well as Indian hubs like Goa, Bombay, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata and Cochin.
