General

1.1 This agreement (the "Agreement") is between the event organizer (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the event attendee (referred to as "you").

1.2 By attending the event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Event Entry

2.1 You must present a valid ticket or registration confirmation to enter the event. Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.

2.2 We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee who fails to comply with our policies or disrupts the event in any way.

2.3 We reserve the right to search all attendees and their belongings before entering the event to ensure the safety and security of all attendees.

Event Policies

3.1 Attendees must follow all posted signs and instructions, as well as any instructions given by event staff.

3.2 Attendees may not bring any outside food or drinks into the event, except for medical reasons.

3.3 Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all areas of the event, including designated smoking areas.

3.4 Attendees must wear appropriate attire and shoes at all times, and may not wear clothing with offensive or derogatory messages.

Event Changes and Cancellations

4.1 We reserve the right to cancel or modify the event at any time, and will provide notice to attendees as soon as possible in the event of any changes.

4.2 If the event is cancelled, we will provide a refund of the ticket price to all attendees.

4.3 We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees as a result of event changes or cancellations.

Liability

5.1 We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by you or any third party as a result of attending the event.

5.2 Attendees assume all risks and hazards associated with attending the event, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, and theft.

5.3 Attendees agree to release and hold harmless the event organizer, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of attendance at the event.

Photography and Recording

6.1 We may take photographs or recordings of the event for promotional purposes. By attending the event, you consent to the use of your image or voice in any such promotional materials.

6.2 Attendees may not take photographs or recordings of the event for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Governing Law

7.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country in which the event is taking place.

7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the event is taking place.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

8.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

8.2 Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or at the event.

8.3 Your continued attendance at the event after any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
