  1. Tickets: If you purchase a ticket through the clubinn app and the event is canceled or rescheduled, you will be entitled to a refund. If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date.

  2. In-app purchases: If you make an in-app purchase through the clubinn app, you may be entitled to a refund depending on the circumstances. If you accidentally make a purchase, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to issue a refund. If there is an issue with the purchase, such as a technical glitch or the item not being as described, we will issue a refund upon verification of the issue.

  3. Subscription services: If you subscribe to a premium service through the clubinn app and wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time. Refunds for subscription services are not typically available, but if you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us and we will review your request.
